Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of instant oatmeal
  • Two cups of pineapple pieces (cut)
  • 250 ml of water
  • 40 g of crushed almonds
  • 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange
  • 7 g of cinnamon
  • 40 g of raw honey

Instructions:

First, you should cook the oats. Then, take the pineapple pieces and squeeze the juice out of them.
